The Burris Veracity 2-10×42 is designed for serious big game and varmint hunters.
Its 5-times zoom system delivers a larger field of view at close ranges and easier target acquisition at long ranges. Front focal plane design allows reticle size to increase or decrease as magnification is increased or decreased.
It also has advanced windage and elevation adjustment which is accurate and repeatable, and matches the reticle’s MOA measurement system.

The finest in premium, light gathering scopes. Ballistic Plex E1 FFP reticle has trajectory-compensating technology and cascading dots for wind drift compensation when using nearly any big game hunting cartridge. Calculated in MOA, the reticle’s trajectory compensation is out to 600 yds. Wind dots representing a 10 m.p.h. wind adjustment are located at every hash mark out to 500 yds.

Modular Adjustment Dial (M.A.D.) System
Choose from competition exposed knobs or capped knobs on both windage and elevation adjustments in any combination you desire. The complete windage and elevation turret adjustment system has been re-engineered to accept the M.A.D. System knobs. Zero Click Stop function is standard in both knob styles. The design also allows for custom knobs to be added to the riflescope to perfectly match the trajectory of your ammunition.
Knob styles are available in the M.A.D. System: (1.) Mil or MOA Marked CAPPED Knobs (low and tall options available), (2.) Mil or MOA Marked EXPOSED Knobs (low, single-turn and tall, multi-turn available).
Models accepting the M.A.D. System comes standard with: (1.) Elevation Mil or MOA CAPPED Knob, (2.) Elevation Mil or MOA EXPOSED Knob, and (3.) Windage Covered Knob. Knobs are easily changed with hex key (included).
Low-profile adjustment knobs
The knobs have finger-adjustment zero for windage and elevation; and easily reset to zero once sighted-in.
Big recoil? No problems
Its solid, 1-piece outer tube is stress-free and durable and will withstand shock and vibration from even the heaviest-recoiling calibres. The scope also has a double internal spring-tension system and precision-gauged and hand-fitted internal assemblies which allow the scope to hold zero through shock, recoil, and vibrations.
